Dream Space LIVE: World Space Week 2026 🚀
How do engineers get a rocket from Earth into space?
During this 90-minute Dream Space LIVE, students will investigate the challenges of launching a rocket from Earth, explore how forces, materials and design choices influence how rockets work and discover why engineers make different decisions when designing for space.

Celebrating World Space Week and this year’s theme, Rocket Revolution, experts from ESERO Ireland are delighted to join the Dream Space team for Dream Space LIVE.
Together, students will explore how gravity and thrust affect a rocket, consider the purpose of different rocket features and make their own engineering choices as they design a rocket for the journey from Earth into space, and get to grips with coding as they create a simple rocket game of their own!
The session is designed for upper primary and lower post-primary students, is run online and free for classes to join.
Registration is required, register here.
